Watson Mangioni has grown steadily since it was founded in 1994 with a complement of three partners. It is now a well established corporate and commercial law firm with 10 directors and more than 15 other lawyers.

1 July The firm starts life as Harper Watson with founding partners Robert Mangioni, Mark Watson and Randall Harper.
1997
1 August Peter Velez is appointed as a partner of the firm.
1997
31 December Randall Harper leaves.
1998
1 December The firm changes its name to Watson Mangioni.
1999
1 March John Rainbow is appointed as a consultant.
2001
1 January David McGuiness is appointed as a partner.
2001
June The firm moves to 50 Carrington Street, Sydney.
2002
1 January Michael France is appointed as a partner.
2002
1 July John Murray is appointed as a partner.
2003
April Jane McCormick is appointed as Manager, Administration and HR and Mario Malandrino is appointed as Manager, Finance.
2006
1 July Watson Mangioni Lawyers Pty Limited commences operation as an incorporated legal practice. All previously appointed partners become executive directors and Simon Barnett is appointed as an additional director.
2007
15 August Reay McGuinness is appointed as a director.

1 July John Biggs is appointed as a director.

2 December Michael Beaumont is appointed as a director.
