Tom has been practicing since 2009 and is a Litigation Lawyer.

He has acted for clients across a wide range of industries in complex litigation in the Supreme Courts of NSW and Victoria and the Federal Court of Australia. Disputes in which Tom has acted include intellectual property disputes, shareholder disputes, and actions under the Corporations Act, including actions for breach of directors’ duties. Tom holds a Master of Laws from the University of New South Wales and is also a Registered Trade Marks Attorney.
