Senior Consultant – Insolvency & Reconstruction

Michael has been practicing as a specialist in the insolvency field for over 30 years. He also is an experienced commercial litigation lawyer. Michael acts for a number of company liquidators and bankruptcy trustees, as well as for a range of corporate and commercial clients. He regularly advises creditors, debtors and insolvency administrators on all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency. Michael conducts commercial litigation in all jurisdictions. He has particular expertise in arrangements under the Bankruptcy Act, company arrangements and reconstructions and recovering property or compensation for the benefit of creditors of insolvent companies.
