Robert is one of the founders of Watson Mangioni Lawyers and is a corporate and market regulation lawyer with over 30 years’ experience. From his early involvement in media and entertainment (especially pay television), Robert’s corporate practice now embraces work for a wide range of financial institutions, listed companies and high net worth individuals. His principal areas of practice include IPOs, capital raisings, complex corporate transactions and disputes, restructurings, mergers and acquisition s, corporate advice/strategy, compliance and securities market regulation (eg ASIC and ASX matters).
